Banners/Linking

You know, it's common courtesy to link up to websites, and to try and keep those links updated and current.  In an attempt to help out any and all of you who link up to this website, I ask that you always link to the main page at www.roachsrealm.com  Why you might ask? 

Okay, so you're asking:  I tend to move pages around quite often, and if you link to something deeper into the website that link is going to get broken, then people won't be able to find me, then they think I'm lost and this just isn't cool.

You don't have to use a banner to link to this site, just please refer to me and this site as Roach's Realm.  Don't link into my Video Archive, the Xena Web, or any of the other sections unless I ask you to, or have given this link myself. 

Now for the big baddie of  No-no's.  There is a lot of media on this site.  And if  I catch anyone linking directly/remotely to any of it, (And I mean anyone--and I do surf the net a lot, and there are a good deal of sniffer-friends of mine who do as well)  I will break all of those links, and the media files will no longer be available to the public. 

So now you're probably asking why so snasty?  Well, let's see...huhm, not only does this eat my bandwidth without people actually visiting the site, (Which is the whole point anyway) but you're being a snob and I don't tolerate snobs.  I and many others work very hard to create this media, so if you feel the need to taint that, just be aware that you'll be ruining a beautiful thing for many people. 

Now to the Banners, some of them I have available for you to display on your website do not carry the "Roach's Realm" title.  I'm okay with this, as long as you put some text type link there above, below or to the side of them.  I make these available for those who like a little variety or don't need a full sized banner, or would like to make a button.  By all means you're welcome to them.  However, don't take credit for slapping your own name onto these blank banners and calling them your own.  For any of the original graphics used in their creation, I have acquired specific permission to use and display them.  Also the people who created them at least deserve your acknowledgement.  So if you feel the need to pilfer, e-mail me and I'll let you know who made what, so you can ask them to use their work. OKAY?
