Finally, I've got an new review up, this
one, by DevenK, (Who rocks the house). Mainly a Creator of some
Great Subtext oriented Videos (There are lots of them) this one is
slightly off the usual path and is video more on the "Conflicting"
relationship between Xena, Gabby, and Hope. As to my Review?
Well, let's just say it was good enough to make it onto my Recommended
list...enough Said. So I give it a rating of (4)

REVIEW #2: (By the Dame):
Sweeties! So good to see you! Please
come in and make yourself at home. It looks as though we get to chat about
the video 'Bang Bang' by DevenK.
First off I do have to admit, I was chagrinned to hear the sounds of Cher
drifting through my speakers. Ever since she and her ex ray-of-sunshine
were turned away from hotels here she has had a special place in my heart.
What a corker she is. Anyways, I thought the music was a wonderful choice
for the theme of this video.
This actually brings me to my quibble over the whole story of this video.
I was having a bit of a hard time figuring out what this was supposed to
be about. Luckily I was filled in that clips of Gabrielle were used for
clips of Hope. This cleared up my confusion and helped me see that this
was about the triangle of pain and that Xena, Hope and Gabrielle were the
points.
After all of this was sorted out. I enjoyed this quite a bit. It was well
timed and there was some nice use of special effects, particularly the
Bang Bang effect. The story was pretty clear after the clarifications.
There were a few rough spots, such as in the very beginning there was too
much in a short span of time and this happened in a few places. Also I
picked up there were extra frames here and there. I think that with a bit
more editing of the longer sections; along with making sure that the
quicker parts were long enough not to jar the senses it would take this
video up a notch.
All in all I would give this a three chakram.
